Both my professional experience as a naturopath and my personal journey reversing Stage 3 breast cancer without chemo-, radiation or drugs nearly 22 years ago have equipped me with knowledge and compassion for all clients. Many people are looking for OPTIONS today to fortify their health, including cleansing, supplementation, nutrition and more. Others want to get off medications and learn how to help themselves. My goal is to empower others with knowledge and action steps to achieve & maintain wellness.

Establishing a rapport is always a helpful first step. Once that is established, prioritizing concerns is vital. I like to listen actively and really "hear" the client to assess how to help. Providing appropriate options takes creative thinking, and utilizing a step-by-step approach helps clients to welcome suggestions and not to feel overwhelmed. Trust is earned in any relationship, and that is always a component of my care approach.

In our 15-min. intro call, I will focus on you & your needs. I'll explain how I work and answer any questions you may have. Then together we will determine if we are a good fit. If we both agree on that, I will send the agreement for review and schedule the next step.
