I grew up in the medical field, I have a bachelors in biology and am working to get into Master of Nursing program. I am a certified nursing assistant and spent many years volunteering for Evergreen Hospice and the American Cancer Society. I have had my own medical issues at a young age and had to advocate for myself a lot throughout my life time. As my grandma got older I realized she wasn't getting the care she deserved and so I started advocating for her. This brought me to finding Solace and realizing how much advocates are needed.

I'm a compassionate and driven individual who wants to hold the healthcare system accountable for doing what's best for their patients and listening to them. I will be there for you every step of the way from helping you make an appointment to emergency services down to emotional support.

Formally followed all standard policies and procedures as well as all facility-wide standard operating procedures. Supported patients with all personal hygiene and toileting needs. Assisted patients with comfort needs by transferring, lifting, moving, and positioning patients as appropriate and with food preparation and patient feeding. Recorded patient vital signs and measures and documented patient intake and output as directed by the nurse. Maintained the cleanliness of patient rooms by changing linens and cleaning equipment daily.

Helped with daily tasks around the house or exterior of the home. Read books, held hands and sometimes just visited with patients. Took patients grocery shopping and to other appointments.
