It was a disheartening sight to see them being taken advantage of, both financially and emotionally, due to a lack of understanding and resources. The more I delved into my role, the more passionate I became about making a difference in their lives. I realized that I wanted to be a voice for the voiceless, to empower these vulnerable individuals and their families to receive the best possible care.
