After 20 years of experience as a hospital administrator, Laurie decided to devote her time to patient advocacy to actively help others manage their medical care including admissions, referrals, transfers and discharges. As care managers, we monitor medical and nursing care, patient's medication use with focus on possible interactions . Available 24/7 to our clients on a national basis and covering many specialties, we pride ourselves on the quick resolution of most issues with a focus on psychiatry and neurology.
I work closely with patients and concerned family members to develop strategies to manage medical challenges by calling hospital providers, social workers and other staff to clarify the diagnosis and treatment plan.
