After 20 years of experience in public health and as a hospital administrator, I decided to devote myself to patient advocacy. Now I can actively help others in crises to effectively manage their medical care including admissions, referrals, transfers and discharges. As a care manager I also monitor delivery of medical and nursing services, patient's medication use and specialist referrals.
