Susan D'Orazio, Clinical Services Director, and her experience with caring for adults and seniors spans more than four decades in a variety of patient care settings. She has worked as a triage nurse for 22 years supporting multiple physician practices with Lahey Health. She has assisted patients with education, medication management, coordinating hospital and specialty appointments and coordinated home health services. ​ Susan is a graduate of Beverly Hospital School of Practical Nursing and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. The last 10 years Sue has been working with senior as a wellness nurse and Resident Care Director in Assisted Livings. She utilizes the nursing process of assessment and critical thinking, and her wide breadth of knowledge of medical and geriatric conditions and community resources to maximize solutions.
