I have worked in all care settings from "acute care"/hospital, inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, long term/residential care to home/community and end of life. I have also actively supported family and friends through a life changing medical event or diagnosis, including end of life. I have the education, training and personal care experiences to understand the immediate needs and to anticipate different perspectives and outcomes.

I take a "person centered" approach, with collaboration and communication between all members of the patient/client's "team". I seek to understand your unique situation and find the resources that will give you the best possible outcome. No two people, diagnosis, or situation are ever the same.

In our first call, we will discuss your unique situation, anticipated needs, goals, a time frame and location/s of services. I will be honest about whether I think I can help you. I am located in Portand, Oregon and know services in my area best. You can decide then or at a later date, if I am the right person to support your situation. I will send you my service contract, a release of information to sign and the projected hours or retainer to start. We will initially communicate only through the SOLACE application.
