Jennifer Crowley, BSN, RN, CLCP, CADDCT, CDP, CMC, has been a registered nurse for over 29 years. As a certified life care planner and certified care manager, Jennifer meets her clients where they are at and takes a holistic, compassionate, and capable approach to her work. She owns Eagleview West, a leading care management and consulting company serving northwest Montana, which provides comprehensive professional services including assessment and life care planning, Alzheimer's Disease & Dementia education & support, catastrophic and complex care management, crisis support, and elder issue resolution. Jennifer has experience serving a diverse range of clientele, including individuals who have experienced a health setback or injury resulting in functional change impacting livelihood, as well as families needing a sense of direction when facing a progressive health condition or sudden shift in physical/mental health. She has worked with medical providers & other professionals to help manage patient treatment plans, as well as with attorneys who need an experienced professional to assist with ongoing needs such as guardianship visits, ongoing case management, or long-term care planning. Jennifer is the author of "7 Steps to Long-Term Care Planning" and co-author of the recently released book entitled "The Life Care Management Handbook." Along with co-author and co-founder Shanna Huber, she co-founded The Life Care Management Institute.
